Energy leads
Commercial energy leads
Commercial energy leads are enquiries from UK businesses with larger monthly energy bills, usually £1,000 a month or more, who have asked a broker to look at their gas or electricity contract. We generate them through our own paid campaigns and send each paid real-time lead to one client for 30 days. Prices start at £70 per lead, and high-usage or multi-site campaigns are quoted.

01 · What this lead is
What this lead is
A commercial energy lead is a business, not a household, that has filled in one of our landing pages because it wants help with its business energy. What separates these commercial leads from the rest of our volume is the bill band. We filter enquiries by the average monthly energy bill the business gives us, and the commercial bands start at £1,000 a month. That usually means multi-unit retail, hospitality groups, manufacturers, care homes, warehouses, schools and offices with heavy daytime load. Each enquiry arrives with the business name, the contact's name, phone and email, the site postcode, the fuel type, the monthly bill band and the renewal timing they gave us, so your caller can open the conversation with the right figures in front of them.
02 · Who it suits
Who it suits
These commercial business leads suit brokers and consultancies that already handle larger meters and want fewer, bigger conversations rather than a high number of small sites. They work well for teams with a senior closer, an in-house pricing desk, or supplier relationships that only pay off above a certain annual consumption. If your brokerage mainly handles micro businesses, our standard bands are usually a better fit; if you price half-hourly sites, flexible contracts or portfolios, the commercial bands are where most of your commission sits. Because the enquiries come only from business premises, you avoid the wasted calls that domestic addresses create when a homeowner mistakes a broker for a household switching service.

04 · How we generate them
How we generate them
We run the adverts, build the landing pages and pay the ad spend. For commercial campaigns the landing pages ask for the monthly bill early, so lower-spend businesses can be routed to a different band rather than mixed into yours. We check each enquiry for obvious faults, such as a missing phone number or a domestic address, before it is delivered. Business-premises-only matters here: a commercial broker's time is expensive, and a single residential enquiry in a batch costs a call slot that should have gone to a decision-maker. Multi-site and high-usage campaigns can add questions such as the number of sites or whether the meters are half-hourly, agreed with you before launch.

Faulty leads must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No-response leads qualify after 5 unanswered calls at least 12 hours apart, reported within 7 days with attempts noted in the sheet. Mid-contract or already renewed businesses, a business choosing another broker after speaking to you, and uncompetitive prices are not replaceable.
