01 · What this lead is
What this lead is
A commercial gas lead is a business that has asked for gas prices through one of our landing pages, choosing gas or both as its meter type. Gas leads are especially valuable from gas-heavy sectors: hospitality, where kitchens and heating run all day; care homes, which heat buildings around the clock; manufacturers using gas for process heat; and bakeries, where ovens drive most of the bill. Each enquiry includes the postcode, meter type, current supplier, average monthly bill, business name, decision-maker name, email, phone number and enquiry date and time.
02 · Who it suits
Who it suits
These business gas broker leads suit brokers who are strong on gas pricing and want enquiries from businesses that use a lot of it. Two terms come up during the sale. The AQ, or annual quantity, is the gas industry's estimate of how much gas a site uses in a year, measured in kilowatt hours; suppliers price from it. The MPRN, or meter point reference number, identifies the gas supply and appears on the bill. Neither is captured on our form. You confirm the AQ and collect the MPRN during the sale, usually from a recent bill or with a letter of authority.

04 · How we generate them
How we generate them
We run Google Ads campaigns aimed at businesses searching for business gas prices, send them to landing pages we build and host, and check each enquiry for obvious faults before delivery. Leads reach your team in real time by email and in a shared Google Sheet. You can choose gas-only campaigns, include dual-fuel enquiries, and pick the bill bands that match the sites you price best.
05 · Price
Price
Gas leads are not priced by AQ (annual quantity, the yearly gas usage on the meter). We price by the monthly bill the owner gives us: £40 for £500 – £1,000 a month, £70 for £1,000 – £2,000 a month, £100 for £2,000 – £4,000 a month. Heavy gas users over £4,000 a month, such as bakeries, laundries and care homes on large boilers, and multi-site businesses are quoted per campaign.
| Monthly energy bill | Price |

Faulty leads must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No-response leads qualify after 5 unanswered calls at least 12 hours apart, reported within 7 days with attempts noted in the sheet. Mid-contract or already renewed businesses, a business choosing another broker after speaking to you, and uncompetitive prices are not replaceable.
