Who it suits
Real time leads suit brokers who can answer quickly. Speed to lead matters because the business is most receptive straight after it asks for quotes, and attention fades as the day goes on. We recommend a simple routine: make the first call within five minutes of the email, then make at least five attempts with 12 hours or more between them, and log each attempt in the sheet. That routine gives the lead a fair chance, and it is also what our replacement policy uses to decide no-response replacements.

How we generate them
We run Google Ads campaigns and landing pages that we build and pay for. Every enquiry is checked for obvious faults, such as missing contact details or a domestic address, before it leaves our system. Delivery is automatic: email first, then the shared sheet, where your team updates the status of each lead so we can both see what happened.

Price
Real-time energy leads are priced by monthly bill: £40 for £500 – £1,000 a month, £70 for £1,000 – £2,000 a month, £100 for £2,000 – £4,000 a month. Bills over £4,000 a month and multi-site businesses are quoted per campaign.

Replacements
Faulty leads must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No-response leads qualify after 5 unanswered calls at least 12 hours apart, reported within 7 days with attempts noted in the sheet. Mid-contract or already renewed businesses, a business choosing another broker after speaking to you, and uncompetitive prices are not replaceable.
