Leads and quality
What is a business energy lead?
A UK business that has asked for business energy quotes through one of our landing pages, delivered to you in real time.
What does each lead include?
Postcode, meter type (electricity, gas or both), current supplier, average monthly bill, business name, decision-maker name, email, phone number, and the enquiry date and time.
Why don't you capture a contract end date?
Because many owners don't know it and a longer form loses enquiries. Your first call confirms the contract position.
Are domestic enquiries filtered out?
Yes. We remove domestic enquiries we spot before delivery, and any that reach you can be replaced as faulty.
Where do your leads come from?
Our own Google Ads campaigns and landing pages. We don't use bought-in lists.
Can I get a free sample lead?
Yes. A sample comes from current or older campaigns, usually has a lower bill size and isn't exclusive. It shows contact quality, not a paid order's bill band.
Exclusivity and aged leads
Are your leads exclusive?
Paid real-time leads are. Each one goes to one paying client for 30 days from delivery.
How long does a lead stay exclusive?
30 days from delivery.
What are aged leads?
Our own enquiries that are 30 or 60 days old, sold in batches from £10 per lead with a 500-lead minimum. They aren't exclusive.
Can a lead I bought be sold to someone else later?
Yes, after the 30-day exclusive period it may be sold as a non-exclusive aged lead, unless the business has opted out.
Pricing and billing
How much do leads cost?
Real-time energy leads cost £40 for £500 – £1,000 a month, £70 for £1,000 – £2,000 a month, £100 for £2,000 – £4,000 a month. Bills over £4,000 a month and multi-site businesses are quoted.
What decides the price?
The business's average monthly energy bill. Higher bill bands cost more per lead.
Is ad spend included?
Yes. Ad spend, the landing page and delivery are included in the price per lead.
What is the minimum order?
15 energy leads, with no contract. Aged leads have a 500-lead minimum.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT.
How do I pay?
By invoice, raised weekly or per batch.
Delivery and the Google Sheet
How quickly are leads delivered?
Within seconds of the business completing the form, by email and to your shared Google Sheet.
Who gets the email?
The people you nominate when we set up your order.
What is the shared Google Sheet?
The running record of your order. Each lead is a row, and your team updates its status and notes there.
Can you send leads to my CRM?
Yes, through a webhook integration, which is quoted separately.
Replacements
What can be replaced?
Faulty leads reported within 48 hours: domestic enquiries, wrong or disconnected numbers, fake details, duplicates, or leads outside your agreed bill band or region.
How do I claim?
Set the lead's status in the shared sheet to Replacement requested and write the reason in Notes.
What about a lead that never answers?
It qualifies after 5 unanswered calls at least 12 hours apart, reported within 7 days with attempts noted in the sheet.
What can't be replaced?
Businesses mid-contract or already renewed, a business choosing another broker after speaking to you, and prices that weren't competitive.
Branded campaigns
Can campaigns run under my brand?
Yes. Branded campaigns are part of the Scale package, or quoted separately.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, brand colours, a phone line and compliance sign-off on the adverts and landing page.
Compliance
How is consent recorded?
For each enquiry we record the wording shown on the form, the date and time, the IP address, the source and the wording version.
What do I need to do as the broker?
Have your own privacy notice, screen against the TPS and CTPS where needed, honour opt-outs, and suppress anyone we notify within 24 hours.
How do people opt out?
Through our opt-out page or by email. We stop using their details and tell receiving brokers within one working day.

Which other leads do you offer?
Waste, water, commercial solar, renewable energy, broadband and telecom leads, alongside business energy.
How much are waste leads?
£25 for £1k – £3k annual waste spend, £35 for £3k – £7.5k annual waste spend, £55 for £7.5k – £15k annual waste spend, £95 for £15k+ annual waste spend, minimum 50 leads.
How are solar, water, broadband and telecom leads priced?
They are quoted per campaign. Water leads have a 50-lead minimum order.
