01 · What this lead is
What this lead is
A business phone system lead is a company that has asked for quotes on its phones through one of our landing pages. Many are prompted by the PSTN and ISDN switch-off: the old copper phone lines and ISDN digital lines are being retired, so businesses still using them need a new way to make calls. The usual answer is VoIP, voice over internet protocol, where calls run over the internet connection, often as a hosted phone system run in the cloud rather than a box in the office. Other enquiries are about business mobile fleets: SIMs, handsets and tariffs for staff. These telecoms leads come with the answers to the qualifying questions agreed for your campaign.
02 · Who it suits
Who it suits
These VoIP leads and b2b telecom leads suit telecom resellers, unified communications providers, IT companies that sell phones alongside support, and brokers who compare business mobile tariffs across networks. Hosted phone system enquiries suit teams that can demonstrate a system and handle number porting. Business mobile leads suit resellers with network partnerships and handset stock. We focus on business premises only.
03 · What each lead includes
What each lead includes
These are the details supplied with each enquiry.
| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Seats | How many users need a phone or extension. |
| Handsets | How many desk or mobile handsets the business needs. |
| Lines | How many lines or numbers the business has now. |
| Contract end | When the current contract ends, as given by the business. |
04 · How we generate them
How we generate them
Telecom campaigns are built around the moment a business reviews its phones, often when ISDN lines are being withdrawn or a mobile contract renews. We write the adverts, build the landing page and pay the ad spend. The form carries the qualifying questions we agree with you, such as the number of seats, handsets and lines, and when the current contract ends. Each enquiry is checked for obvious faults, such as missing contact details or a domestic address, before it is delivered in real time by email and to a shared Google Sheet. Campaigns can focus on VoIP, hosted systems, mobiles or a mix, in the regions you cover.
05 · Price
Price
Business telecom leads are quoted per campaign. A five-seat VoIP enquiry and a fifty-handset mobile fleet need different budgets, so the price follows the seat range, products and regions you set. You get a written price per lead before any adverts run.
