What this lead is
"Exclusive" is used loosely in this industry, so here is exactly what we mean. When you buy an exclusive business energy lead from us, you are the only client we send that enquiry to for 30 days from the moment it is delivered. We do not resell it, share it or place it in another broker's sheet during that time. We cannot stop a business owner from filling in forms on other websites, so exclusivity covers our distribution, not the whole market. Once the exclusive period ends, the enquiry can be offered as an aged lead to other brokers, clearly sold as non-exclusive. We say this up front because a definition you only find in the small print is not much use when you are planning call capacity.

Who it suits
Exclusive business leads suit brokers who want the first proper conversation with a business owner and are prepared to pay more for it. Consider an illustrative example: a shared lead at £15 sent to four brokers means competing with three others on the first call, often within minutes, and the business owner quickly tires of the calls. An exclusive lead at £40 means you are the only broker we have sent it to during the exclusive period, so your caller can take time to qualify the contract, the renewal date and the decision-maker. For most brokerages, the higher price is offset by better contact rates and fewer price-only conversations.

04 · How we generate them
How we generate them
We run our own adverts and landing pages, so every exclusive energy lead is a first-party enquiry rather than a bought-in list. Each enquiry is checked and delivered in real time by email and to a shared Google Sheet, where it is assigned to one client only. Our system records who received each lead and when, which is how we keep the 30-day exclusive period. If a duplicate reaches you, for example the same business submitting twice or an enquiry you already received, it is replaced.

Price
Exclusive real-time energy leads are priced by the business's monthly bill: £40 for £500 – £1,000 a month, £70 for £1,000 – £2,000 a month, £100 for £2,000 – £4,000 a month. Higher-usage and multi-site businesses are quoted per campaign.

Replacements
Faulty leads must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No-response leads qualify after 5 unanswered calls at least 12 hours apart, reported within 7 days with attempts noted in the sheet. Mid-contract or already renewed businesses, a business choosing another broker after speaking to you, and uncompetitive prices are not replaceable.
