Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can access your information, correct it, ask for deletion, restrict its use, object to processing or request portability.
- Access: ask what we hold and request a copy.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: ask us to delete information where the right applies.
- Restriction: ask us to limit use while a concern is resolved.
- Objection: object to legitimate-interest processing and to direct marketing.
- Portability: request eligible data in a usable format.
Object to direct marketing
You can object to direct marketing at any time. We stop our own marketing and further sharing and tell receiving brokers within one working day.
Use the opt-out form. A minimal suppression record helps us avoid contacting or sharing your details again.
Make a data request
Requests are free and need no login. We respond within one month of receiving a request.
Send a data request or email hello@businessenergylead.co.uk. We may need reasonable identity information to protect your data. If the law allows more time for a complex request, we explain the extension within the first month.

Anyone can complain about our handling of personal data, whether or not they are a customer.
